
Weekend Workshops (All Levels)
Prices include materials in base metals but silver can be purchased for extra fee.
Have you wanted to take a jewelry class but didn't have the time or maybe you weren't sure if it was for you. Workshops are a great way to see what you enjoy, learn a few skills, and at the end of the day you have made something wonderful that you can't wait to show off.
Textured link bracelet: (1 Day)
You will make an eye catching textured bracelet. You will learn how to soften and texture metal, join metals together using rivets, and even do a little bit of soldering. You will love this bracelet so much that you will want to come back to make matching earrings. I will show you how everything is done and you can choose to make one like mine or one that is all you. (bracelet is made of copper and brass and will have a sealant for wearability)

Double Etruscan Chain: (2 Day)
In this two day workshop students students will learn how to construct a beautiful and delicate chain from copper or sterling silver. Students will learn how to solder the small rings using a soldering probe. End caps will be created to easily allow for the closure to be added. If you are new to jewelry making I will show a few very easy closures. If you have a bit more experience you are welcome to be as creative as you wish.
Students wishing to work in sterling silver will order material prior to workshop date. (cost approx 56.00) I will discuss with those ordering what exactly to purchase.
Copper chains will have a seal coating on them for easier wearing.

Saturday _________ 4hrs and Sunday________ 2 1/2 hrs (Sunday will be finishing endcaps and closure)
Cost is 140.00 and includes all materials for creating 1 copper Etruscan Chain.
